Terms of Service

Last updated 18 October 2026

These Terms are an agreement between Anjaneya AB (org. no. 559580-5531), Sweden (“Cadsy”, the Provider) and the business that creates a Cadsy account (the Customer). They consist of this cover page and the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms, Version 2.1 (the Standard Terms), which are incorporated by reference. Capitalised words not defined here have the meaning given in the Standard Terms. If this cover page and the Standard Terms conflict, this cover page controls.

By ticking the acceptance box you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business with authority to bind it. Cadsy is a business service and is not offered to consumers.

Changes to the Standard Terms

  1. No training or product improvement. Section 1.6 of the Standard Terms does not apply, and Section 1.4 is limited so that Usage Data is used only to provide, secure and maintain the Product for Customer. Cadsy will not use Customer Content, including prompts, chat, scenes, dataset programs and generated datasets, to develop, train or improve AI models or Cadsy’s products, unless Customer opts in through a setting that Cadsy may offer.
  2. Ownership of outputs. Images, annotations and dataset programs generated for Customer are Customer Content. Cadsy keeps all rights in the Product, including its scenes, assets, helper library and other materials it provides; Customer may use those materials as included in its generated datasets without restriction.
  3. Deletion. In place of the 60-day period in Section 5.5, Cadsy will delete Customer Content within 30 days after Customer asks or the Subscription Period ends. Copies in service providers’ logs and backups expire within their standard retention periods.
  4. Personal data. Where Customer Content contains personal data, Cadsy processes it as Customer’s processor under the Data Processing Agreement below, which forms part of these Terms. Accepting these Terms has the same effect as signing it, including the Standard Contractual Clauses it incorporates.
  5. Changes to these Terms. Cadsy may update these Terms by giving Customer notice. Customer accepts the new version the next time it signs in, or may end the Subscription Period instead.
